Content Contribution Guidelines

We believe in the power of authentic voices, insightful stories, and industry perspectives that spark conversation, creativity, and transformation. We welcome article submissions from professionals, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who want to share ideas that align with our ethos: Making YOU Unique.
All contributions will undergo a thoughtful editorial review. If accepted, they may be revised by our editorial team to ensure clarity, consistency, and value for our readers.
Editorial Guidelines
- We do not accept previously published content or content submitted to multiple platforms.
- We do not publish articles on controversial, defamatory, or polarizing topics. Our focus is constructive dialogue.
- Articles must be vendor-neutral and grounded in facts, trends, observations, or firsthand experience. No promotional content unless submitted as sponsored content.
- We encourage storytelling formats or well-articulated opinion pieces but each point should be written in sentence or paragraph form and not just bulleted lists.
- No footnotes, legal citations, or overly academic writing. We aim to be reader-friendly and emotionally resonant.
Content Structure
- Ideal article length is between 800–1,200 words.
- Conversational, inspiring, informative, and aligned with the Scriberlee voice.
- Submit articles in a Word document (.docx) or Google Docs link.
Contributor Requirements
- A short author bio (150–250 words) highlighting your expertise, achievements, and relevant background.
- 3 to 4 high-resolution images of the author (JPEG format).
- Format: JPEG
- Dimensions: 2400 x 3000 pixels
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Professional attire preferred for consistency with our design style.
Include the following in your email
- Author’s Full Name
- Author’s Bio/Resume
- Author’s HD Pictures
- LinkedIn Profile (mandatory)
- Email Address & Contact Number
- Organization Name & Address
Publication and Visibility
- All approved articles will be featured on www.scriberlee.com.
- Selected articles will also be promoted on our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
- Top-performing stories may be featured in our upcoming Scriberlee digital magazine or spotlight segments.
- Authors are encouraged to re-share the published link within their networks for wider visibility.
