Ajay Bairagi knows what it takes to rise above the noise. An entrepreneur, media industry leader, and the driving force behind The Business Fame, he has turned years of experience into a powerful new message, OOPS: TOO MUCH NOISE. In his latest book, Ajay offers more than stories; he offers a mindset, one rooted in resilience, clarity, and unstoppable self-belief. In this conversation, he shares what inspired the book, what fuels his journey, and how he continues to create platforms that uplift voices across industries.
Q1. Ajay Bairagi, what inspired you to write OOPS: TOO MUCH NOISE?
Hi! Ajay Bairagi here. The book comes from real experiences, moments filled with self-doubt, distractions, and outside opinions. I’ve seen how noise, judgments, unsolicited advice, and constant pressure, can derail dreams. This book is my way of helping people tune out that chaos. It’s my message to everyone who has ever been underestimated or questioned: your clarity is stronger than their noise. I wrote it because I’ve been there. And I wanted to remind readers that self-belief is the loudest sound that matters.
Q2. What can readers expect from the book?
They’ll find raw stories, practical strategies, and tools to navigate pressure and distraction. I’ve blended personal insights with life lessons from my entrepreneurial journey. The goal is to empower readers to own their choices, filter what deserves attention, and move forward with purpose. The book is more than motivation, it’s action-driven. It’s about finding your inner voice and following it without fear. The book came from my experience as the Founder of The Business Fame.
Q3. How does your media background influence your writing?
The media and advertising industry teaches you two things fast: attention is currency, and distraction is everywhere. My background helped me observe how people react to noise, how it affects decision-making, confidence, and clarity. Writing this book allowed me to pull from those insights and help readers build mental resilience. Whether someone is an entrepreneur, student, or creative, noise exists everywhere. My experience gave me the lens to dissect it and offer a clear path through it.
Q4. You dedicated this book to your daughter, Karya. What does that mean to you?
This book carries my legacy, and she is my greatest motivation. Dedicating it to Karya was a heartfelt decision. I want her to grow up in a world where she feels strong in her voice, no matter how loud the world becomes. I also want every reader to remember that their journey creates ripples. When we choose clarity, we not only grow, we pass that strength to the next generation.
Q5. How important was your support system in this journey?
Invaluable. From my family to my incredible team at The Business Fame and our extended ecosystem of collaborators, this book exists because of them. I must also thank Riya Gote, whose creativity and insight shaped this book in powerful ways. When you work with people who believe in your mission, it fuels you. Every chapter carries their energy.
Q6. You’ve built award-winning platforms and organized major business events. What keeps you grounded?
Purpose. Awards are milestones, but impact is the goal. Whether through The Business Fame, Business Iconic, or Metapreneur, my focus remains on building platforms that highlight leaders, share stories, and create meaningful visibility. The events we host bring together powerful minds, but beyond networking, they spark collaboration, purpose, and shared growth. That’s the legacy I want to build.
Q7. What message would you like to share with readers and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Silence the noise. Every time someone doubts you, use it as fuel. Keep showing up for your vision. Clarity grows when you stop seeking validation and start trusting your inner compass. Choose consistency over chaos. Build with heart. And remember, those who move with purpose always rise above the crowd.
Ajay Bairagi leads with intention, he amplifies voices that matter. Through OOPS: TOO MUCH NOISE, he challenges the world to pause, reflect, and rise above distractions. For every entrepreneur caught in the clutter, his story is a signal, stay grounded, stay clear, and turn the volume up on your own voice.
