Dallas, Texas – September 2, 2025 – Lenovo has named Komaladevi Velumani as the new HR Leader for its North America Solutions & Services Group (SSG), strengthening its leadership team in one of the company’s most important markets. Based in Dallas, Velumani will oversee HR strategy and partner with executive leaders across Lenovo’s SSG Global Accounts and SSG Segments & Channel businesses.
Velumani brings extensive global experience to the role. Prior to this appointment, she successfully led HR for Lenovo’s Asia Pacific SSG division, where she implemented large-scale workforce strategies, cultural transformation programs, and organizational change initiatives. Her career also spans senior HR positions at IBM, Deloitte, and Honeywell, where she built deep expertise in talent development, business transformation, and leadership enablement.
In her new capacity, Velumani will focus on driving sales transformation, enabling business growth, and strengthening future-ready HR capabilities across Lenovo North America. Her appointment highlights Lenovo’s ongoing commitment to a people-first strategy and its mission to expand its solutions and services business globally.
